Where to write

contact@learnfxph.com. The address reaches LearnFX Editorial Desk, and a person reads it. There is no contact form on this site and no live chat, because a form would collect information we have decided not to hold.

Corrections come first

If a figure does not recompute, a regulator's name is wrong, a payment method no longer exists or a sentence reads as a promise of profit, tell us which page and what is wrong with it. Corrections are made, and the review date on the page changes with them. This is the most useful mail the site gets.

What we cannot answer

We cannot tell you what to trade, review your trades or your account, recommend a broker for your situation, or say whether a particular position was a good idea. That is not modesty: answering it properly needs your full circumstances and a licence to advise, and we have neither. A question about how something works, we will answer.

A problem with a broker

If money is stuck, a withdrawal is refused or an account has been closed, that is between you and the broker, and then between you and SEC Philippines, which keeps the register the firm is answerable to. LearnFX is not a party to your account, holds no client money and cannot intervene in a dispute.

Teaching, translating and quoting

Using the lessons with a class, a study group or a student: welcome, no permission needed, a link back is enough. Translating or republishing a lesson elsewhere: write first, so the figures and the review date stay attached to the page that maintains them.

What to expect

No automatic reply and no mailing list: writing to us does not subscribe you to anything, and your address is not kept beyond the exchange it belongs to. Expect a plain answer or none — a question we cannot answer honestly gets told so rather than filled in.

Which language to write in

English is read here, and so is the language this site is written in. A question in either gets an answer; a question in a language we cannot read gets an honest reply saying so rather than a machine translation of a guess. If the matter is a figure on a page, the page address and the figure are enough — those need no language at all.
